Questions before you connect?

Is it safe to let someone access my computer remotely?

Yes. You are in control the whole time, can see everything I do, and can disconnect instantly at any time.

What can you see during a session?

Only what is on your screen. I cannot access your computer when a session is not active, and the one-time session code stops working after we disconnect.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, by default. Recordings protect both of us and are deleted after 90 days. You can request a copy or ask not to record before the session starts.

What if you cannot fix my problem?

You do not pay. If the problem is hardware that needs physical repair, I will tell you that before we go further.
