About Aaron

A real person, not a call center.

I started fixing computers for friends and family long before I ever charged for it. Over time I realized there was a real gap: most people either overpay at big-box stores, or feel talked down to and left in the dark about what was actually wrong.

When you book a session with me, you get someone who will explain what is happening, fix it while you watch, and not charge you if I cannot solve it. No jargon, no upselling, no mystery.

FAQ

Questions before you connect?

Is it safe to let someone access my computer remotely?

Yes. You are in control the whole time, can see everything I do, and can disconnect instantly at any time. I use RustDesk, an open-source remote support tool.

What can you see during a session?

Only what is on your screen. I cannot access your computer when a session is not active, and the one-time session code stops working when the session ends.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, by default. Recordings protect both of us and are deleted after 90 days. You can request a copy or ask me not to record before we start.

What if you cannot fix my problem?

You do not pay. If the problem is hardware that needs physical repair, I will tell you that before we go further.
