About Me

A real person, not a call center.

I'm Aaron. I've been the person friends and family call when something breaks for as long as I can remember. What I enjoy most isn't the tech — it's the moment someone goes from frustrated to confident. That's what every session is about.

FAQ

Questions before you connect?

Is it safe to let someone access my computer remotely?

Yes. You're in control the whole time — you can see everything I do and disconnect instantly if you want.

What can you see during a session?

Only what's on your screen. I can't access your computer outside of an active session, and the session code expires the moment we disconnect.

Are sessions recorded?

Yes, by default — it protects both of us. Recordings are deleted after 90 days. Just ask if you'd prefer not to record.

What if you can't fix my problem?

You don't pay. If it turns out to be a hardware issue that needs hands-on repair, I'll let you know before we go any further.

How do I know you're legitimate?

Every session is recorded — that's mutual protection, not just yours. You see every action on your screen in real time; nothing runs in a background window you can't see. I never ask for your passwords. The session code is single-use and expires the moment we disconnect, so there's no way back in afterward. And if your problem doesn't get solved, you don't pay. A scammer doesn't put their income on the line like that.

What computers can you help with?

Windows and Linux. I don't support Mac, Chromebook, or phones — remote access tools don't work the same way on those platforms. If you're not sure whether your setup qualifies, just ask before booking.

How long does a session take?

Most standard issues wrap up in 45–90 minutes. More complex problems vary, but I'll give you an honest estimate before we go any deeper into it.

How does payment work?

Payment is due at the end of a successful session, processed securely by card. If the problem isn't resolved, there's nothing to pay. Subscription billing is monthly and you can cancel any time.

What if the problem comes back?

If the same issue returns within a week of a session, reach out and I'll take another look at no extra charge. Some things — especially malware or software conflicts — occasionally need a second round.
