The short version
I only collect the information I actually need to help you. I do not sell your data, I do not share it with advertisers, and I am not doing anything weird with it.
What I collect
When you contact me, I collect your name, email address, and a description of your tech issue. Sessions are recorded by default. This protects both of us: you have a record of everything that was done, and so do I. You can request no recording before your session starts. Recordings are stored securely and deleted after 90 days unless you ask me to keep a copy.
I do not use tracking cookies, analytics software, or third-party data tools on this site.
How I use your information
Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, schedule your session, process payment, and follow up if needed. I will never email you marketing material unless you specifically ask me to.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. I never see or store your full credit card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

This Privacy Policy describes how Aaron's Remote Tech Support ("Service," "I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use my services or visit my website. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

I collect information you voluntarily provide, including: full name, email address, description of technical issue, and any other information you choose to share during a support session. Session recordings may be made during remote support sessions for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes. You will be notified prior to each session and may opt out before the session begins.
Use Of Information
Collected information is used solely to provide technical support services, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your service request. I do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc., and is subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy (stripe.com/privacy). I do not store full payment card information.
Data Retention
Session recordings are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is requested by the customer or required by law. Contact information and session notes may be retained for up to one year for service continuity purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, contact me directly via the contact information provided on the website. Requests will be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
This Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided me with personal information, please contact me immediately.
